HIRETRENDS makes no guarantees and assumes no responsibility for the content or conduct of its users, nor for the content and operation of the Web Site. Use of this Web Site, reliance upon its content, and interaction with its users is at your own risk. HIRETRENDS is committed to protecting the privacy of personal information we receive. We abide by the Code of Ethics set forth by the National Association of Legal Search Consultants (http://www.nalsc.org).
Privacy and Confidentiality
Confidentiality is a major factor during every job search. HIRETRENDS was built upon relationships of trust with our candidates and clients. All resumes received by us are kept in strict confidence.
Individually Identifiable Information ("Information")
Given the nature of our business, we need to know certain Information (i.e. contact information, demographic information, academic information, work history, resume) in order to conduct a job search for our candidates. HIRETRENDS does not collect Information from candidates or users of the Web Site without their consent. Users can visit the Web Site to learn about our services without revealing any Information.
Use of Information
We use the Information you provide to match you against our database (which contains the hiring needs of our clients), to market you to our clients (if we agree to work together on a job search), or to contact you or send you information regarding our services. All of your Information and all communications with us are highly confidential and will not be disclosed to, nor will a resume be sent to, a potential employer without your explicit permission. The Information will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except that we may use, publish or distribute non-identifiable demographic information for internal or research purposes.Users may request removal of their information from our database if any change in our privacy policy results in a material change in the way we use the Information.
Security
All Information is stored on our internal computer systems and is not accessible by the public. HIRETRENDS maintains commercially reasonable security measures to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of the Information under our control.
Ability to Opt-Out of E-Mails

You have the right to opt-out of receiving communications from HIRETRENDS, and the right to have your Information removed from our database. To opt-out of receiving communications or to remove your Information from our systems, please send your request via e-mail to

Corrections/Complaints
HIRETRENDS shall honor any e-mail requests sent to the above address from users to change their Information (i.e., name, address or other Information) or otherwise correct inaccurate Information. HIRETRENDS will gladly correct such information and users are welcome to verify that the appropriate corrections have been made.
Use of "Cookies"
The Web Site may employ the use of "Cookies" to identify your desktop browser application data or to present rich media or dynamic content. Cookies are not used to gather information, but only for our internal purposes.
