| Walt Disney once said, "It's kind of fun to do the impossible".
What we do is not impossible, but we know what he was getting
at.
Traditionally, law firms and corporations around the globe
have not "enjoyed" the hiring process. Time consuming,
tedious and frustrating are but a few of the words that are
used to capture the essence of the process for employers.
Human resources departments spend enormous amounts of time
sifting through resumes and screening candidates. It's obvious
that time has become a scarce commodity in the new economy,
and hours spent on searching and screening is time that can
be better spent on other more profitable projects.
